The protagonist of this work is Mia, the only princess of the Tearmoon Empire, who is despised as a “selfish princess” in the Empire. 20 years old, she was supposed to be executed at the decapitation by the popular revolution, but somehow she was sent back in time to her 12-year-old self.
In this story, Mia, who has begun her second life in a world of redemption, decides to rebuild the empire in order to save her own life, and struggles to avoid the fate of guillotine execution.
In conjunction with the TV anime adaptation, a teaser visual depicting a 12-year-old Mia looking forward with a confident expression on her face, with the decapitation behind her, has been released! The teaser visual also depicts Mia’s blood-stained diary, which she kept before her execution and which holds the key to the story.
